Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULT1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,989 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT1A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flavonoid metabolic process, Dopamine metabolic process, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with SULT1A1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT1A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT1A1 results are reported.
