SULF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,173 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD276, CRTAP, and IKBIP. Each is linked with SULF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULF2-to-partner and partner-to-SULF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
