Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,900 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB3, CDH11, and SORCS2. Each is linked with SULF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULF2-to-partner and partner-to-SULF2 results are reported.
