Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,705 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gastro-intestinal system smooth muscle contraction, Chondrocyte development, and Glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SULF2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULF2-to-partner and partner-to-SULF2 results are reported.
