Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SULF1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SULF1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SULF1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SULF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SULF1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
