SULF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,810 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS2, CNN2, and FAP. Each is linked with SULF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULF1-to-partner and partner-to-SULF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SULF1 versus THBS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
