SULF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO2B, TLE6, and THRB. Each is linked with SULF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULF1-to-partner and partner-to-SULF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CORO2B grouped by SULF1-low versus SULF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
