Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUGT1P3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUGT1P3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SUGT1P3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUGT1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where SUGT1P3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
