SUGT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,089 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, NAXD, and GTF2F2. Each is linked with SUGT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGT1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUGT1 versus ARHGEF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
