SUGT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,916 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPP2, KPNA3, and GTF2F2. Each is linked with SUGT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGT1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUGT1 versus TPP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
