Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUGP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SUGP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP2-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SUGP2-low versus SUGP2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
