Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUGP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUGP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A7, GSG1L2, and USP17L11. Each is linked with SUGP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP2-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31A7 grouped by SUGP2-low versus SUGP2-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
