Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,964 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT1, GTPBP3, and SNRPE. Each is linked with SUGP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUGP1 versus TRMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
