SUGP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5571, NFILZ, and RNU6-1066P. Each is linked with SUGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5571 grouped by SUGP1-low versus SUGP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
