Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, TIGAR, and ATM. Each is linked with SUGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by SUGP1-low versus SUGP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
