Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,248 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SUGP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP1 results are reported.
