SUGCT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGCT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,115 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP2, TM6SF2, and BNC2. Each is linked with SUGCT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGCT-to-partner and partner-to-SUGCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUGCT versus MFAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
