Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUGCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,279 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGCT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Collagen fibril organization, and Extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with SUGCT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGCT-to-partner and partner-to-SUGCT results are reported.
