Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUDS3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUDS3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher SUDS3 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUDS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and CCRCC show a favorable association.
LSCC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where SUDS3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
