SUDS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUDS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,917 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUDS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, SRSF9, and RCOR3. Each is linked with SUDS3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUDS3-to-partner and partner-to-SUDS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUDS3 versus SART3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUDS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUDS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
