Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUDS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUDS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCID2, BCL7A, and MBTD1. Each is linked with SUDS3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUDS3-to-partner and partner-to-SUDS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUDS3 versus PCID2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUDS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUDS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
