SUDS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUDS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,552 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUDS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP24, RNA5SP412, and MIR4650-1. Each is linked with SUDS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUDS3-to-partner and partner-to-SUDS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP24 grouped by SUDS3-low versus SUDS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUDS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUDS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
