SUCO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,543 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUCO_S1073, PRUNE1, and TIPRL. Each is linked with SUCO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCO-to-partner and partner-to-SUCO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUCO versus SUCO_S1073 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
