Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,314 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUCO-associated genes across cancer lineages are VILL, TRAV9-2, and LINC01480. Each is linked with SUCO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCO-to-partner and partner-to-SUCO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUCO versus VILL in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
