SUCO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCO-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCMBP, KIF20A, and PPP2CA. Each is linked with SUCO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCO-to-partner and partner-to-SUCO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCMBP grouped by SUCO-low versus SUCO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
