SUCO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCO-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and Rab25. Each is linked with SUCO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCO-to-partner and partner-to-SUCO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SUCO-low versus SUCO-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
