Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUCO RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,573 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCO-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Golgi organization, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with SUCO in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCO-to-partner and partner-to-SUCO results are reported.
