SUCO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUCO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 425 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCO-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHAF4, CRLF3, and OR13C9. Each is linked with SUCO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCO-to-partner and partner-to-SUCO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHAF4 grouped by SUCO-low versus SUCO-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
