SUCNR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCNR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 584 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCNR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF367, GAPDHP22, and RNU1-57P. Each is linked with SUCNR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCNR1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCNR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCNR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCNR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
