Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCNR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCNR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, FoxM1, and MIG-6. Each is linked with SUCNR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCNR1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCNR1 results are reported.
