Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUCLG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUCLG2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SUCLG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUCLG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and UCEC are the cancer types where SUCLG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
