Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,478 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUCLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, MEIS3, and LOX. Each is linked with SUCLG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG2-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUCLG2 versus LOXL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
