Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 755 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUCLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP417, MIR199B, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with SUCLG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG2-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP417 grouped by SUCLG2-low versus SUCLG2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
