Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with SUCLG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG2-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG2 results are reported.
