Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUCLG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,372 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Succinate metabolic process, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Lipid catabolic process. Each is linked with SUCLG2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG2-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG2 results are reported.
