SUCLA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,399 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT15, SUGT1, and RBM26. Each is linked with SUCLA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLA2-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUCLA2 versus NUDT15 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
