SUCLA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with SUCLA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLA2-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by SUCLA2-low versus SUCLA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
