Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUB1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SUB1P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SUB1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUB1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, KICH, and UVM are the cancer types where SUB1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
