Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,468 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENT5C, CD79A, and IGLV3-27. Each is linked with SUB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUB1-to-partner and partner-to-SUB1 results are reported.
