The most reproducible STYXL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II, Oocyte growth, and Vascular process in circulatory system. Each is linked with STYXL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYXL2-to-partner and partner-to-STYXL2 results are reported.
