STYK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STYK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,243 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STYK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L1, CDCP1, and PFKP. Each is linked with STYK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYK1-to-partner and partner-to-STYK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STYK1 versus BAIAP2L1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STYK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STYK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
