STYK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STYK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STYK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT6, TLE6, and MRPL37. Each is linked with STYK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYK1-to-partner and partner-to-STYK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNT6 grouped by STYK1-low versus STYK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STYK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STYK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
