STXBP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,605 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB4, MSN, and SH3BGRL2. Each is linked with STXBP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP6-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP6 versus PLCB4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
