Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with STXBP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP6-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP6 results are reported.
