Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,118 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STXBP5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with STXBP5L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5L-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5L results are reported.
