Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP5L mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STXBP5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSMD1, IGSF1, and LRP1B. Each is linked with STXBP5L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5L-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5L results are reported.
