STXBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,013 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGP2, NBEAL2, and CALR. Each is linked with STXBP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP4-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP4 versus SUGP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
