STXBP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCEP1, DPM2, and ASB6. Each is linked with STXBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP4-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCEP1 grouped by STXBP4-low versus STXBP4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
