Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with STXBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP4-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP4 results are reported.
