STXBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,208 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL11, MATR3, and XRCC5. Each is linked with STXBP4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP4-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP4 versus NOL11 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
